In order to develop the theoretical foundations of the total approach to analysis and prediction of the influence of anthropogenic impact on the atmosphere of the industrial city and development of a new scheme of modelling the properties of fields of the polluting substances concentrations in the air basin by means of a chaos theory methods we present an analysis of the most effective tests on the presence of chaos in the system (air basin of industrial city) and improved method for reconstruction of the phase space.
There are presented a general characteristic of the ecological state of the atmosphere in the industrial areas and cities of Ukraine and a brief analysis of the degree of air pollution in industrial cities of the harmful substances that indicate a worsening of the problems of its sanitary protection.

On the basis of daily precipitation data sets from 28 hydrometeorological stations of Ukraine the seasonal and yearly extreme value rows are got for 1951 – 2009 using several independent methods. Their linear trends are estimated in this paper. The space distribution of climate change of extreme precipitation frequency over the Ukraine in winter, spring, summer and autumn is analyzed in the paper.
We study a spat–iotemporal variability for the features of droughts at the time scales 12, 24 months during 1951–1980 and 1981-2010 for Ukraine. It was found that the maximum number of long and severe droughts was registered in the period of global warming. It is also found a strong relationship between temporal variability of drought and an average annual flow of the Southern Bug River during 1951–2010.

The calculations are performed using a hydrodynamic model Delft3D-FLOW on a curvilinear computational grid.

By present paper we open the set of reviews concerned the study of structure and dynamic properties of nonequilibrium, dissipative, nonlinear systems – granular materials which has a wide applications in science and industry. The focus as it is planned will be done on overview of observed specific properties (like compaction, segregation, inelastic collapse, dynamic phase transitions and some other) and their physical modeling superimposed with the numerical simulations and in some cases with the direct physical experiments. The influence of inelasticity of the intergrain collisions, as well as initial and boundary effects and relevant constitutive relations will be also outlined. The present first part of review is related to outline of most specific properties which display granular materials subjected into particular conditions.
It is proposed a new approach to non-linear modeling and forecasting chaotic processes in geophysical and ecological systems, which is based on the conception of compact geometrical attractor and neural networks (artificial intellect) algorithms. The statistical data cattle, pig, sheep, goat and poultry population on the farms in different districts of the Odessa province are analyzed. Indices for generation of livestock and poultry waste are calculated. Expected data for the quantity of biogas generation are obtained. The use of biogas should significantly reduce the dependence of the farms from traditional fuels in the Odessa province.

The estimate of albedo influence on thermal regime over Odessa is performed by the atmospherical mesoscale model MM5. Two short numerical runs with different albedo values have been tested. The simulated outputs are evaluated for a diurnal cycle of air temperature for the urban and rural area and its differences between two runs.

The induced comprehensive assessment of net photosynthesis productivity and photosynthetic capacity in 2009 and 2010 is carried out.

As a result of the correlation and spectral analyzes showed a significant effect of the North Atlantic and the Arctic oscillations on the time series of mid-annual intensity of flow of some rivers of the Dniester Basin. The most expressed agency of the NAO is manifested with periodicity 2,3-2,5 and 3,6-4,0 years. Agency САО is the most appreciable with periodicity of 8-9 and 17-18 years. Significant agency of the Southern oscillation on a runoff of the rivers of investigated territory is not revealed.
Generalizations of calculation indexes of evaporation from the different areas of the reservoir aquatorium, educe and result graphic dependences on the basis of the real hydrometeorological information for 55 of exploitation of reservoir.
The geoecological condition and geoecological reliability of water resources of basins of the rivers the Southern Bug, Dnestr and Dnepr, within Vinnytsia region by a condition for January 1, 2009 was estimated. It was revealed that the geoecological condition of a surface water of the region was qualified as unstable with low level of geoecological reliability. Therefore, processes of self-restoration and self-control of water ecosystems are at very low level.
The mechanism of forming of mixing area is studied. It was found that for fully natural conditions the hydromechanic approach is unproductive. Today the hydrological method to study the mixing areas of river and marine coastal waters in estuarine is preferable. The proposed hypotheses about water cycle including untraditional ones are confirmed by the analysis of connections between hydraulic descriptions in the strait of the Kinburn.
