Changes of climatic and bioclimatic indices in the Ukrainian Carpathians and Crimea during a hundred years are considered in the work. This time interval is divided into two periods – 1891 – 1960 and 1961 – 1990. The average perennial meteorological data comparison in the both of them allows to make conclusions about the sign and magnitude of trends of climatic indices and bioclimatic as well for the whole time of survey. Their changes were analyzed in accordance with methodological recommendations, developed by The General Geophysical Observatory.
The article in question reveals peculiarities and patterns of spatial distribution of the atmospheric air, drinkingwater and soil cover pollution within the territory of Odessa, on the basis of morphological structure of the landscapes and landscape zoning.
The concept of «organizational-economic mechanism of stimulation of the secondary resources usage» was generalized, elements of its system, principles of forming and condition of achievement of optimum result of application of stimulation actions have been determined.

On the example of interannual changes of maximum average daily wind speeds in Kirovograd, which took place here in November, December, January, February and March from 1973 till 2008., it is shown that the use as arguments forecasting multiply-regressive models of this combination process of factors that ensure their optimum by criterion of maximum stability to time shifts in future, permits to have forecasts that can be appropriate and effective unless major changes in its main regularities occur.
The main particularities of the temperature fields structure were revealed in the region of events ENSO formation. The principal components of these fields were obtained. The statistically significant hidden periodicals in the time serieses of the main components were defined.
The regional features of temperature variability in Ukraine during 2011-2040 are analyzed using statistical methods applied to the results from MPI-M-REMO model for A1B scenario. It is shown that most prominent changes of temperature pattern will be (probably) observed in the climatically uniform region with central station Odessa.

Theoretical basis to compute graphene band structure and density of states in the simplest π–electronic approximation with derivation of the Dirac – Weyl equantions are given including results with an account for π–π–overlap and neighbours up to 3rd order. The necessity of accounting for graphene σ-core is stated. DFT/LDA, GGA and EHT-SCF approaches are shortly described. Corresponding computational observations including ab initio results are given in the next communication.

На основе нового подхода к вычислению параметров радиационных атомных переходов в сложных системах, базирующегося на энергетическом подходе и КЭД теории возмущений, выполнен расчет сил осцилляторов для переходов в спектрах различных Zn-подобных ионов.
В рамках нового подхода к вычислению интегральной функции Ферми в теории бета распада, базирующегося на релятивистской теории возмущений с использованием оптимизированных базисов дирак-фоковских релятивистских функций, получены численные оценки различия значений функции Ферми для бета распада при выборе разных определений для искомой величины (на границе ядра и вблизи нуля).
