The characteristic of air transport effect as a result of realization of cycle landing/flight is presented. It was conducted the comparative evaluation of calculation methods of substances emission values from air transport, on the basis of which the quantitative parameters of emission as a result of aviation fleet work on a territory of the Odessa international airport were obtained.

It is evaluated the quality of water resources of river basins Southern Bug, Dniester and Dnieper, in the limits of Vinnitsa region by the state on January 1, 2009. It was discovered, that the state of surface water of region was characterized as unsteady with the low level of ecological reliability. Consequently, the processes of selfrestoration and self-adjustment of aqueous ecosystems at the very low level.

The classification of agroecological soil quality in administrative districts of Odessa region is made.

An estimation of the indices of soil fertility in the Odessa province and the dynamics of humus and N, P, K content in soils is given for the period from 1982 to 2006, and the spatial clusterization of administrative districts of the province by the degree of soil erosion are presented.
The interaction of blocking anticyclone with weather processes at its southern periphery is studied. The energy content was calculated, and atmospheric energetics for above mentioned weather pattern is analyzed.
A regional atmospheric circulation associated with sea breezes development on the north coast of the Black sea were researched. A defined regional circulation index BSO (Black Sea Oscillation) was chosen for selecting weak surface pressure gradients in the synoptic situations suitable for sea breeze. This index was used as an initial objective filter for selecting surface pressure conditions for sea breeze development in Odessa and Mariupol.
The estimation method thermodynamics stability ground layer of the atmosphere from data about day’s motion of temperature of air is offered. The amplitude of the day’s temperature motion calculates on base of the semidiurnal temperature differences. Classification is conducted and day’s motion anomalies of temperature are exposed. The anomalous changes of day’s motion temperature are exposed. The statistical structure of anomalous amplitudes is estimated. A method is used for calculation potential contamination of the atmosphere.
Features of statistical relation between interannual changes of total ozone amount monthly mean values and storm activity index over Ukraine under recent climate warming were investigated. Essential relationship between studied processes, during the period 1979 – 2007 yrs., in Carpathian region and Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kiev provinces was established.
The basic features of statistical structure of the fields of the 850, 500 and 200 gPa izobaric surfaces in the South hemisphere are exposed. The main components of these fields obtained. The estimation of the water resources state of Transcarpathia was executed on the basis of global climate changescenarios (CCCM, GISS, GFDL), adapted for territory of Slovakia and Ukraine. The theoretical base of research is a model «climate-flow», developed in OSIU.
It is consider the estimation of variability of annual runoff in the river basin Dniester by establishing trends to changes in climatic factors such as rainfall and temperature in the western and south-western Ukraine, the cyclical fluctuations of climatic factors and the annual runoff, as well as trends in changes of the annual runoff characteristics annual flow of the left bank of the Dniester River.
With the help of a numerical hydrodynamic model the degree and the extent of water pollution in the Odessa region of the north-western part of Black Sea under operation of the “North” and “South” stations for wastewater biological treatment for the winds of various directions estimated. Particular attention is paid to the assessment of the changes that will occur in case of putting of the remote marine wastewater release into operation in the “North” station for wastewater biological treatment.

The paper is a theoretical research. The solution of the problem is proved exhaustively, as the renowned reference book by H.R. The first-principle methods for calculating the charging molecular energies and charge stability diagram of the benzene molecule single-electron transistor under the Coulomb blockade regime were applied using the densityfunctional theory for modeling molecular properties and continuum model to describe SET environment as well as a self-consistent approach to treat the interaction between the molecule and the SET environment.
The method of Voronoi diagrams has been used for the local structure analysis of 2D system consist on hard disk. We propose the analytical model for the parameterization of the Voronoi squares distribution. Within the given approach the particular behavior of the parameters (moments) of the deterministic distribution influenced by the structure defects has been outlined.

The bases of a new approach to calculating forbidden radiative atomic transition probabilities for complex systems are presented. The method is based on the energy approach and QED perturbation theory. In order to show the possibilities of the formalism there are presented the calculation data on the radiative transition probabilities in the ion of Hg.
Рассмотрены соленость и химический состав морских и лиманных вод, биоклиматические ресурсы, особенности пляжной зоны и другие характеристики прибрежной зоны Одесской области в связи с оценкой талассотерапевтического потенциала.
Дана оценка качества питьевой воды в зависимости от водности реки Днестр и эффективности функционирования водоочистной станции «Днестр» в течение года, а также приведены результаты анализа соответствия качества речной и воды после обработки нормативным требованиям.
Представлены эколого-экономические аспекты использования ресурсного потенциала компонентов муниципальных отходов, эффективная утилизация которых снижает негативное воздействие на окружающую природную среду, а также позволяет получить ряд товарных продуктов – биогаз, компост, производственное сырьё. Приведен ряд примеров возможной утилзации компонентов отходов городских систем.
Приведено описание современного состояния прибрежной территории Одесского района и качества прибрежных вод, дана характеристика городских пляжей.
Выполнен анализ экологического состояния вод украинской части реки Дунай по действующей методике оценки качества вод и соответствующим категориям и методике обобщенного индекса состояния вод (ИСВ) и по рыбохозяйственным нормам. Проведен анализ недостатков существующей методики.
В статье предлагается методика распространения тяжелой примеси в воздушном потоке, полученная при решении дифференциального уравнения турбулентной диффузии методом конечных разностей. Методика позволяет исследовать распространение примесей от различных приземных источников. Приведены сопоставительные расчеты с ОНД-86 на примере некоторых источников загрязнения (реклаймеры) на современных перегрузочных комплексах навалочных и насыпных грузов, даны рекомендации.

The results of correlation analysis for the surface air temperature at the Antarctic’s stations and South oscillation index were presented in the work. The significant correlation coefficients and the revealed features of intercorrelation for the surface air temperature and warm (cold) episodes South oscillation were obtained.

It is carried out numerical modelling characteristics of extreme hydrological events, extremely high floods (on the Danube river example) and fluctuation temporal trends of changing chlorides concentrations in the catchments of the Small Carpathians on the basis of the new approach combining the multi-factor systems approach and multi-fractal formalism.
It is investigated dynamics of change of a chemical compound of waters of river Vorskla in the conditions of considerable development of the anthropogenous loading on the basis of data of hydrochemical supervision for 15 years and in the year, with different quantity of water, indicators of quality of water are established.
According to research data of 2006–2010 analysis of variability of nutrient contents in sediment pore solutions of Odessa region of the north-western part of the Black Sea has been carried out. It showed that development of eutrophication in this sea area had formed bottom sediments, whose pore solutions contain stock of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon compounds. Significant gradients of nutrients concentrations at the waterbottom sediments interface have resulted in diffusion of these compounds from pore solutions into the sea bottom layer and contributed to the secondary eutrophication of this aquatic region.
A new rigorous solution of the functional differential equation for signal propagation through the vertical granular chain with a nonlinear contacts has been found under the approximation of the weak nonlinearity in form of the Bessel function of first order. The linear combinations of the solutions we found in principle can satisfy an appropriate initial conditions. This new solution also is a significant supplement to the dispersive wave modes which has been discovered for such a system earlier and could be considered as an envelope function for them. The relevant experiments directed to the experimental studying of the discovered modes are under the current proceeding.
