The characteristic of air transport effect as a result of realization of cycle landing/flight is presented. It was conducted the comparative evaluation of calculation methods of substances emission values from air transport, on the basis of which the quantitative parameters of emission as a result of aviation fleet work on a territory of the Odessa international airport were obtained.

It is evaluated the quality of water resources of river basins Southern Bug, Dniester and Dnieper, in the limits of Vinnitsa region by the state on January 1, 2009. It was discovered, that the state of surface water of region was characterized as unsteady with the low level of ecological reliability. The indices were proposed and the classification of argometeorological evaluation of soil quality on PH-reaction of soil solution, humus contents in soil, the concentration of radionuclides (strontium-90, cecium-137), the contents of heavy metals are worked out. The classification of agroecological soil quality in administrative districts of Odessa region is made.

An estimation of the indices of soil fertility in the Odessa province and the dynamics of humus and N, P, K content in soils is given for the period from 1982 to 2006, and the spatial clusterization of administrative districts of the province by the degree of soil erosion are presented.
The interaction of blocking anticyclone with weather processes at its southern periphery is studied. The energy content was calculated, and atmospheric energetics for above mentioned weather pattern is analyzed.
A regional atmospheric circulation associated with sea breezes development on the north coast of the Black sea were researched. A defined regional circulation index BSO (Black Sea Oscillation) was chosen for selecting weak surface pressure gradients in the synoptic situations suitable for sea breeze. This index was used as an initial objective filter for selecting surface pressure conditions for sea breeze development in Odessa and Mariupol.
The estimation method thermodynamics stability ground layer of the atmosphere from data about day’s motion of temperature of air is offered. The amplitude of the day’s temperature motion calculates on base of the semidiurnal temperature differences. Classification is conducted and day’s motion anomalies of temperature are exposed. The anomalous changes of day’s motion temperature are exposed. The statistical structure of anomalous amplitudes is estimated. A method is used for calculation potential contamination of the atmosphere.
Features of statistical relation between interannual changes of total ozone amount monthly mean values and storm activity index over Ukraine under recent climate warming were investigated. Essential relationship between studied processes, during the period 1979 – 2007 yrs., in Carpathian region and Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kiev provinces was established.

The estimation of the water resources state of Transcarpathia was executed on the basis of global climate changescenarios (CCCM, GISS, GFDL), adapted for territory of Slovakia and Ukraine. The theoretical base of research is a model «climate-flow», developed in OSIU.
It is consider the estimation of variability of annual runoff in the river basin Dniester by establishing trends to changes in climatic factors such as rainfall and temperature in the western and south-western Ukraine, the cyclical fluctuations of climatic factors and the annual runoff, as well as trends in changes of the annual runoff characteristics annual flow of the left bank of the Dniester River.
With the help of a numerical hydrodynamic model the degree and the extent of water pollution in the Odessa region of the north-western part of Black Sea under operation of the “North” and “South” stations for wastewater biological treatment for the winds of various directions estimated. Particular attention is paid to the assessment of the changes that will occur in case of putting of the remote marine wastewater release into operation in the “North” station for wastewater biological treatment.

The first-principle methods for calculating the charging molecular energies and charge stability diagram of the benzene molecule single-electron transistor under the Coulomb blockade regime were applied using the densityfunctional theory for modeling molecular properties and continuum model to describe SET environment as well as a self-consistent approach to treat the interaction between the molecule and the SET environment.
The method of Voronoi diagrams has been used for the local structure analysis of 2D system consist on hard disk. We propose the analytical model for the parameterization of the Voronoi squares distribution. Within the given approach the particular behavior of the parameters (moments) of the deterministic distribution influenced by the structure defects has been outlined.

The bases of a new approach to calculating forbidden radiative atomic transition probabilities for complex systems are presented. The method is based on the energy approach and QED perturbation theory. In order to show the possibilities of the formalism there are presented the calculation data on the radiative transition probabilities in the ion of Hg.
