This article shows an opportunity of detection by a method of a radar-location radioactive aerosols that are ejected from pipes of atomic power stations. Their concentration can be measured with polarising parameters of echo-signals in turbulent atmosphere.
In this paper we consider the causes of environmental problems of the Danube lakes that have arisen after the construction of canals connecting them to the river Danube.
The article in question is an attempt to carry out integrated estimation of quality of the environment-forming components (atmospheric air, natural waters, soil cover, geological environment) of the Odessa agglomeration on the basis of available cartographic material and data on concentration of pollutants followed by determination of integrated indices of ecological situation.

The longperiods dynamic pattern of growth of general dry biomass of agricultural cultures is offered, in a basis which the equalization of logistic curve, based on supposition about the swaying processes of biological time of plants in ontogenesis, lies to. The period of vibrations of biological time and amplitude of vibrations are wholly and fully determined by tension of factors of external environment. Research of model is conducted and positive estimation of its adequacy is got to the real object of researches. It is accounted for the fact of parabolic dependence of growth of biomass from the state of tension of factors of external environment. Differential equalization of vibrations of biological time in ontogenesis of plants is given.

Using statistical analysis of observables from the 38 stations for the second half of 20-th century, the spatiotemporal features for changes of climatic fields have been determined for surface temperature and precipitation at left-bank Ukraine.
The basic features of statistical structure of the fields of the 100 and 50 gPa izobaric surfaces in the South hemisphere are exposed. The main components of these fields are received. The features of temporal changeability of large-scale component of circulation processes in atmosphere in the second half of the ХХ century are shown. The certain statistical characteristics in the time series of the main components have studied.
Using the special observed data archive, received during the First Global Whether Experiment (1978-1979), the verification of the well-known longwave radiation parameterizations was made. The quantitative agreement value between the calculated and fact magnitudes (the correlation and difference coefficient, the repeatability curves) was received.

It’s described basic tendencies in the change of deposit of waterside anthropogenic sources in contamination of marine environment of the Odessa district of north-western part of the Black Sea.
In activity the features of construction adaptive phase-conjugate of a system, principles of construction of sensors of a wave front set are esteemed, which one determine functional capabilities and control algorithms of all system of correction of a wave front set. The outcomes of creation of phase sensors ensuring a capability of construction of the filter Hartman’s are resulted.
On the basis of the correlation dimension method, in particular, the Grassberger-Procaccia algorithm it is carried out an analysis of the temporal raws of dust concentrations on two points of the Odessa city and calculated the correlation dimension spectrum. It has been proven availability of the chaos. The received data are agreed with the corresponding data on the Lyapunov dimension spectrum, Kalane-York dimension and Kolmogorov entropy.
In what follows we generalize the free volume kinetic model for quasi bi-component system which consist on the domains of two types with a different limits of local compaction. Such a mean-field model approach allow us to outline the dispersive kinetics of weakly perturbed granular materials.
The Kirkwood – Buff scenario for studying of compressibility is applied for the investigation of excess compressibility of binary mixture. Constitutive relations between the compressibility of mixture and the partial compressibilities has been obtained. The uncertainty of the KB approach in case of studying of the excess compressibility is outlined. Along the corrected data the parameterization of relevant experimental data has been done. A statistical interpretation of the Redlich – Kister approach is carried out along the line of pure phenomenological analysis.
The object of the paper is the processes of polarized light waves propagation in photonic crystal structures with regularly arranged elements, in particular in those with space periodicity. The polarization characteristics of photonic-crystal-based waveguides to control the light flow have been studied, and an agreement with an experiment has been obtained. The results obtained in this work can be implemented to study the interaction of waves with two-dimensional photonic crystals, which in turn will serve for developing waveguide contours with enhanced level of optical integration.

It is proposed a new approach to calculating the Fermi function in beta decay theory, which bases on the QED perturbation theory with using optimized basises of relativistic Dirac-Fock functions. It is given the numerical estimate of the forming region for cited function.
