Abstract
It is scientificaIIy well-proven that a management mechanism operating on principles of market fundamentalism kindles aspiration to making money, barbarian attitude towards nature. It makes contradictions between environment and man more apparent and creates conditions for an ecocatastrophe. World community ought to prevent it through creation and observance of a new paradigm of development, shaping up a unified environmental world outlook and socionatural environment where the primacy of spiritual over material is asserted and the life pattern is changed.
