The account of meteorological conditions of dispersion of harmful impurity in an atmosphere is an integral part of models by calculation of pollution of an atmosphere. However when there is no full complex of meteorological supervision, to estimate a class of stability of a boundary layer of an atmosphere it is extremely difficult. To article it is shown, that with sufficient accuracy for the operative purposes it is possible to estimate a class of stability on the basis of the information only about a daily course of temperature of air and average speed of a wind. Use of the long-term climatic data on daily amplitude of temperature and average speed of a wind allows to investigate also potential of pollution of an atmosphere in various geographical zones.
Evaluation of environmental aspects is one of the main points during both development/implementation of environmental management systems and environmental audits. A scheme for evaluation and ranking of environmental aspects, based on EU recommendations along with requirements and features of Ukrainian environmental legislation, is recommended in the article.
The contemporary ecological condition of the Siversky Donets and influence of the anthropological factors have been analyzed. The analysis of polluting substances concentration’s change in the Pechenisky Tank water has been made.
In the article the modern radiative state of Chernigiv Region and its influence on the health of population is analyzed. It is determined that the most radioactively polluted terrains of Chernigiv Region have the highest parameters of sickness rate of population.
The researches of modern structure of water-growing system of the drinking water-supply of Odessa and the existing order of the checking waters quality on them are described in the article. The analysis of modern hydrochemical factors of water-quality as main criterion to efficiency of the water-growing systems work is executed.
Methodical principles of foundation the decisions’ acceptance in the direction of primary drinking-water quality management are developed and approved, which are based on the system of criteria, characterizing water quality both of separate sources and district of water-supply.
The basic amount of mineral fertilizers passes through marine ports of Ukraine. The basic features of statistical structure of the fields of the 925, 850, 500 and 200 gPa izobaric surfaces in the Western sector of the South hemisphere are exposed. The main components of these fields are received. Diphasic oscillation is set, characterizing intercommunication of vortex components in the western-east transfer between the south aquatoriums of Pacific and Atlantic oceans. The features of temporal changeability of large-scale component of circulation processes in atmosphere in the second half of the ХХ century are shown.
Methodology that allows revealing a linkage between synoptic processes of North Atlantic and Ukraine is described. Such an approach is based on the joint use of principal component analysis and continuous wavelet transform. It is shown that synoptic processes of North Atlantic and Ukraine are coherent during some time interval.
The estimation of agroclimatic conditions of formation of levels of productivity of agricultural crops and model of definition of optimum structure of areas under crops of a farm is considered.
Estimation of the sun radiation e influence on the increasing of phitomass regrettable cultures is given. It is set, that influence of sun radiation essentially relied on the terms of the water supply sowing, density, terms and norms of irrigation and terms and norms of bringing of the fertilizers.
The theory of cloud top temperature retrieval of cloud, which size is less than a pixel is discussed. It is shown that the brightness temperature of cloud depends on surface albedo and cloud fraction N. It is suggested to use high resolution visible data for obtaining N.
Estimation of wind resources of the Arabian peninsula is conducted with bringing of the fields of wind of objective analysis of British meteorological service. The analysis of the average monthly fields of wind at a terrene showed that they well comported with physical and geographical features of peninsula and circulation features.
The features of mesoscale structure of the field of wind on the stage of intensive frontogenesis are considered. Possibility and algorithm of simulation of its features through the methods of theory of functions of complex variable is grounded. The results of numeral experiments are represented; advantages and lacks of offered approach come into question.
The attempt was made to reproduce the seasonal structure of the atmospheric boundary layer over water surface by the one-dimensional mathematical model, which took into account nonadiabatical heat- and humidity fluxes, and also horizontal air temperature nonhomogeneity. Using the modeled temporary changes of the meteorological magnitudes for the every year time the statistical characteristics were calculated to reveal agree level with the fact data, received on the oceanic station “C”. The corresponding repeatability curves were built in according to the observed and calculated results, they were compared. The seasonal changes of the surface turbulent impulse-, heat-, humidity fluxes were quoted, calculated by bulk-method, and also the seasonal changes of temperature and wind speed.

In the article the new approach to normalizing of the characteristics of the maximal runoff of flood resulting from rain for rivers of Prichernomorskaya lowland is.
The characteristic of shower drains from Odessa is given. With the help of numerical model of selfpurification estimations spatially – temporary scales of water contamination by shower drains in coastal zone of city are received. The economic damage plotted by them to environment is determined.
The recommendations are written to determinate annual runoff characteristics in Ussury’s basin under insufficiency and lack of observation’s data. The base of produced technics are geographical regionalizations of annual runoff characteristics, made by using methods of multivariate statistical analysis.

Travel time of water mass from the top of the mouth area to the sea, depending on the water regime of Danube, changes from 1 to 5 days. The set of computation schemes were developed to define travel time from the top of the mouth area to any point downstream the Chilia branch for different phases of water regime.

The geoinformational system of ecological monitoring of hydro-ecosystems of 56 small fresh water reservoirs of the Steppe area of Ukraine was worked out using licence program equipment ArcGis 9.1. The mapgraphic of water objects was made, passport information of ecological indication of these specific hydro-ecosystems was formed, which included attributive information according to morpho-hydrological, hydro-chemical and hydro-biological standards.
The analysis of a modern ecological situation of a small river-bed reservoir of complex purpose is made on the basis of hydrological, topographical, hydro-geological, engineering-geological researches with application of calculated and cartographical methods. The main factors of a crisis ecological situation of the system “the river Small Kuyalnyk – Krasnoznamensky reservoir ” are highlighted and the information about the borders of a water-security zone of the reservoir behind the belts of management is given. Quantitative characteristics of silting of the reservoir are received and new conditions on clearing of the reservoir from bottom sediments are worked out. Some ways of renewal, protection and improvement of an ecological situation and reconstruction of water resources of the reservoir are offered.
The results of hydrological and hydrochemical research conducted in 2005 in island Zmeiny water area are represented and discussed. The obtained data were analyzed and compared with the data of previous years. It was shown that the run-off of the Danube produces the main impact on the hydrological and hydrochemical regime of the studied area.
Conformities to the law of structure of hydrographical network of right influxes of Dniester in Subcarpathian region are explored; averages specific indexes of water flow and flow of dissolved matters are calculated; the analysis of the got data is executed.
