Selected basic contaminating matters which enter to atmosphere of city, contribution of enterprises of different industries of industry is definite to contamination of air. Changeability of volumes of the troop landing of contaminating matters in atmospheric air of city is analyzing.
Ecological estimation of quality water is conducted 56 small fresh water reservoirs of the Steppe area of Ukraine, which are related to the drinkable, technical and irrigational water-supply, on the criteria of mineralization, pH, to maintenance of biogenic elements. The got results ground for conducting to the passport system of the given water fund.
Kinetic of qualitative and quantitative changes of model oil pollutants is explored in the Kuyalnik estuary water at different salinity levels. It is shown that speed of natural disintegration of oil products is determined, mainly, by chemistry of oil pollutants and mineralization of the water.

The problem of influence of level of plant mineral nutrition on productivity is under consideration in the paper. Computation equations for the effect of the application rates of fertilizers on productivity of dry standing crop are derived. All the parameters of the equations are juxtaposed with plant physiology. Estimation of influence of mineral nutrition level on the processes of photosynthesis and respiration is given. The computation can be used at crop capacity sequencing.
In the work it was fulfilled physical statistical modeling of sugar beet crops of different level on the basis of quantity estimation of the distribution of radiation resources and also of the index of provision by moisture on the territory of the Odessa region. The coefficient of climatic favorability for cultivation of sugar beet and effectiveness of use of climatic resources were defined. The reasons of differences between potential productivity of sugar beet and its real crops are analyzed.

Eastern branches of subpole, subtropical and tropical oceanic circulation in the south-eastern Pacific are considered. The circulation pecuilarities are discussed on the basis of the geostrophic approach. The geostrophic currents are re-constructed on a grid with one-degree resolution for the summer season of South hemisphere (january – march). The obtained feateres of the ocean circulation in the eastern boundary regions of the South Pacific Ocean are compared versus to ocean circulation patterns in this area described by the other authors.
The coupled atmosphere – sea model is considered in order to describe meso-scale processes within the geophysical boundary layers. The computations are performed over the north-west Black sea area. The results show that proper accounting of heterogeneous structures at the low level wind fields on the basis of the high resolution atmospheric model allows us to detail the drift circulation at the coastal and river issue zones.

The evaluation technique of the investment potential of regions, branches of industry and objects has been generalized. The model of the investment potential evaluation has been developed for the Ukrainian grapevine subcomplex, the main factors of which being the availability of microzones for the vintage vine production as well as for other controlled vine brands according to their origion, intellectual property, agro-industrial integration, return of investment and others.
There were ascertained the reasons of the penalty of economic – ecological stability; the terms of the stability improving were determined; technigues of estimation of innovations influence on economic – ecological stability were offered. There was shown the opportunity of the analysis and ascertainment of reasons of inadeguate positive influence of novations on the stated stability.

Non-stationary mathematical model was used for the describing of the atmospherical boundary layer thermo- and dynamical structure, which takes account of non-adiabatical warm inflow and parameterization warm advection. Using real data of ocean station “C” was made the modeling of of the atmospherical boundary layer physical processes and the analyses of gotten results as to temperature advection influence.
Numerical computation of sunflower development rate subject to the factors of light, warmth and moisture is given analysis in the paper. The suggested computation of the development rate could be used at making prognoses for onset of phenological phases of development of crops, and currently can be used at computations of biological time axis in dynamic models for productional process of plants.

The research problem was consideration of features of statistical structure of fields of the geopotential, caused by large-scale atmospheric processes. As the initial information is considered the data reanaliz monthly average values of heights of isobaric surfaces АТ500 and АТ200 for the winter period with 1981-1996. Set in units to a regular grid of points 2.5 ° on 2.5 °. As the device of research methods of the multivariate statistical analysis were used. Features of uniformity and izotropnosti fields of geopotential АТ500 and АТ200 are investigated, approximations of spatial structure of fields of correlation by analytical expressions are lead.

The estimation of South Bug waters quality within the boundary of Vinnitsa region in 2000 – 2004. The changes of waters quality for the considered period and possible sources of anthropogenic influence on natural waters are analyzed.
Lines of averages for a month and averages for a year of charges of the weighed deposits on the inflows of Dnestr which are flowing down with a height of Carpathias are restored. On the basis of statistical processing lines of supervision two dependences are received. The first allows determining average for many years the charge of the weighed deposits on the rivers where supervision over a drain of deposits were not ordered, but there are supervision over the charge of water. The second, on the basis of calculation of the order of the river on system of A. Shaydegger, allows to determine average for many years the charge of the weighed deposits on not investigated rivers where no supervision were ordered.
