There are estimated the current status and quality of natural reserved fund of Odessa region, shown all the possibilities of use of natural protected areas and objects for the environmentally-oriented forms of recreation and curative activities.
The estimation of the Odessa coast beaches accordance with the international quality certificate beaches “Blue flag” is executed. With a method of quantifying beach-bathing resource the estimate of the recreational potential of the beaches of Odessa is given and the rate limiting capacity of the beaches is determined.
The paper deals with the urgent and intricate problems of ecological and economic justification criteria application for decision-making forecast in forestry. The system of criteria and the procedure for their calculation of improving ecologoeconomic justification of commercial decision has been worked out.
In the article the results of search for optimum parameters for the mathematical models of unsteady turbulent diffusion of suspended matter in water environment are given. The optimum is found at the most acceptable from a practical point of view error of the final result and the number of calculations. The general picture of the time dependence for fractions of suspended matter concentrations in the upper layer after dumping was received similar to field observations.
It was presented the characteristics of a natural stability based on evaluation of abiotic properties (hydrological and morphological) of the Dofinovskiy lyman (estuary) against anthropogenic impact and the particularities of a primary product process of a hydroecological system of the waterbody. It was explained the reasons of natural pause in hydrological regime. The evaluations of anthropogenic pressures on estuary ecosystem as a result of economic activities and drainage basin transformation were performed. Also it was reviewed the problems of inculcation of a rational method of nature management and connection of environmental protection standards while exploiting the ecosystem of the waterbody.
A study into the potential of structural analysis framework for identifying adaptive capacity in a system is given a review in the paper. Systems thinking approach is made use of in the research which is based on the case study of the Black Sea coastal area within the Odessa agglomeration. The suggested adaptive management tools and monitoring criteria for the area under study represent the research outcomes.
The conclusion is substantiated that the integral approach serves as methodological basis of the economic estimation of water basins as objects of nature. This approach consists of economic assessments of the effectiveness of all necessary resources which are needed for production and business, consumer and environmental activity

The control and land-surface modified runs have been tested. The simulated outputs are evaluated for a diurnal cycle of meteorological variables and their differences between two runs for the urban, suburban and rural area.
Assessment of agroclimatic conditions for winter wheat yield formation in the Odessa province is conducted for the period from 1980 to 2010 by means of the prototype model for assessment of agroclimatic resources of crop productivity by А.М. Polеvоу. Influence of agroclimatic conditions on the dynamics of germination of agroecological productivity categories for winter wheat in various physiographic zones of the Odesa province is presented.

The estimation of anthropogenous loading on an ecological condition of the rivers Psel and the Vorskla in a transboundary zone, and also within reservoirs is given. It is established, that water use in the Russian part of a reservoir of river Vorskla significantly worsens river the ecology.
The methodical approaches of determination of evaporation index from charge pool’s water surface were generalized and improved based on real hydrometeorological information of 55 years’ period of observation.
The factors, wich led to the reduction of the area of floodplain meadows in the estuary zone of the Dniester river in the XX century, was identified. Negative role of the Dniester hydroelectric power station and the dike of highway Odessa-Reni on the functioning of the floodplain meadows was found. Social and environmental effects of violations of the structure and functions of the floodplain systems and their impact on the reduction of biological diversity was estimated. Offered variants of the action, the conduct of which will allow to restore the ecological functions of the floodplain and their biological diversity.

We perform the linearized equations governing the impulse propagation along a 1D weakly nonlinear inhomogeneous granular chain of identical beads. It has been sown that the rigorous solution which satisfy considered problem in every point (including boundaries) can be choose in form of linear combination of farmer basis which consist on Bessel function an integer order and valid in the internal points only. Obtained results thought to be useful practically for the more adequate parameterization of impulse transport in low dimensional granular chains.
Entropy of lattice gas model used for description of equilibrium vertical density profile in granular materials subjected to gravity field. We perform the parameter (like Lindeman parameter in the theory of melting of the quantum crystals) which describe the structural deformations in considered systems. We observe good qualitative agreement between the data of theory and experimental observations, which became quantitative in the closest neighborhoods of the point of maximum compactisation.
