The mechanism of forming of mixing area is studied. It was found that for fully natural conditions the hydromechanic approach is unproductive. Today the hydrological method to study the mixing areas of river and marine coastal waters in estuarine is preferable. The proposed hypotheses about water cycle including untraditional ones are confirmed by the analysis of connections between hydraulic descriptions in the strait of the Kinburn.
On the example of interannual changes of maximum average daily wind speeds in Kirovograd, which took place here in November, December, January, February and March from 1973 till 2008., it is shown that the use as arguments forecasting multiply-regressive models of this combination process of factors that ensure their optimum by criterion of maximum stability to time shifts in future, permits to have forecasts that can be appropriate and effective unless major changes in its main regularities occur.
Features of statistical relation between interannual changes of total ozone amount monthly mean values and storm activity index over Ukraine under recent climate warming were investigated. Essential relationship between studied processes, during the period 1979 – 2007 yrs., in Carpathian region and Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kiev provinces was established.
In the paper the question of influence of the North Atlantic oscillation (NOA) changes on total ozone amount (TOA) distribution spatial-temporal variability over North Atlantics is viewed. The conceptional model of NOA and TOA dynamics interconnection over North-Atlantic region is suggested.
It is considered the cases of forming of periods with the anomaly high temperatures of air in a warm period of year on territory of Ukraine in the conditions of the little gradient fields of the promoted pressure on an example July 2007.
The brief description of existent methods of calculation of flow-out ionic runoff, essence and advantages of the offered method of spline-interpolation is described, clarification of calculated charges of average annual ions is conducted by statistical methods is given in the article.
